Neotropical Entomology, born in 1972 under the name of the Annals of the Entomological Society of Brazil, is a scientific journal edited by the Entomological Society of Brazil. The journal publishes new scientific articles every two months, written by specialists in the various areas of Entomology, such as bionomic, systematics, morphology, physiology, behavior, ecology, biological control, plant protection and in acarology.
Extensive reviews and articles on current topics in Entomology are published by invitation in the Forum section. The section Scientific Notes keeps the scientific community informed on new techniques and the occurrence of new species or new interactions.
